The seven killer moves for your dream body!

We all want to look smoking hot and be our best possible self. And that is possible if you can eat really clean and workout like every single day. I like to workout, but I need my snacks. I've tried the clean eating thing and lets say I was turning into a green smoothie girl that will tell you the amount of fats there are inside the burger your eating kind of way. I enjoyed my healthy lifestyle but my friends didn't want to eat any fats around me again. Hahaha. I was eating clean for a whole year, that means no chocolate, no icecream, no chips, no fries no life. Just kidding, I felt really good and I looked really fit. But once I tasted my favorite Milka Oreo again, everything changed and I sinned. Goodbye clean eating.

Nowadays I eat clean just to be healthy and still fit in my extreme skinny jeans. And I can still eat my favorite things like pizza, burgers, fries and of course Milka Oreo! To balance everything I try to workout like 4-5 times a week. So since I always make my own workout routine I thought I can share it with you guys. I will post a new workout regime every sunday for your upcoming week.
